Doug Sheppard Classic Scholarship Golf Tournament
The Tournament is named in memory of Doug Sheppard, beloved coach and mentor to New Paltz athletes, and draws business leaders from all over the region, who support New Paltz while enjoying a day of golf and good company at the prestigious Wiltwyck Golf Club. Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Golf Tournament
In an effort to assist Ulster County students with the rising cost of college tuition, the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce annually awards $5,000 to local students who will be attending SUNY Ulster or SUNY New Paltz and who will be pursuing a business degree or a career in business. To raise funds for these scholarships, the Chamber conducts an annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. The Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, June 18 at the Wiltwyck Golf Club, Kingston.
